A native of Moscow, Andrei has successfully advised clients on international corporate transactions for two decades at UK and US-based law firms Allen & Overy, Latham & Watkins, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Danilov and Konradi partnered together in 2014 to form Danilov & Konradi where Andrei Danilov is the Managing Partner.
He graduated from the law school of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO). Best Lawyers ranking consistently recognizes Andrei as one of the best lawyers in Russia.
When not behind a desk, Andrei is an active athlete competing in international triathlons all over Europe.
Brian is an international corporate lawyer with clients in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Half-Russian by birth, Brian grew up in Dallas, Texas and has practiced law in the United States and Moscow since 2000, with experience in UK, US, Dutch, and several offshore jurisdictions. He was an associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Bass Berry & Sims for several years before joining the Moscow office of DLA Piper as a Partner in 2008.
In 2010, Brian opened a solo practice. Among other projects, Brian advised e-commerce company, KupiKupon, as their in-house international general counsel in 2011. Representing clients in the US and Russian markets, he founded the boutique law firm, Danilov & Konradi with former Akin Gump colleague, Andrei Danilov.
Brian has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2000. He received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Brian splits his time between Moscow and Texas, where in his spare time he can be found cheering his girls on the soccer field or consulting with his wife’s start-up, iBoomShout.
Roman is a Partner at Danilov & Konradi specializing in dispute resolution involving Russian and foreign companies. In addition to commercial litigation and enforcement of foreign court decisions and arbitral awards, Roman’s expertise includes bankruptcy, commercial/contract law, and corporate law. Before joining the firm, Roman worked at two of Russia’s leading law firms.
Roman was born in Reykjavik, Iceland and is fluent in English. He graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy in 2006.
In his free time, Roman enjoys cooking. He is fond of sports, music and history.
Nato Tskhakaya is a Partner at Danilov & Konradi and the head of the firm’s antimonopoly practice. Before joining Danilov & Konradi she worked in the Moscow office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
Nato has significant experience advising on corporate and antimonopoly issues and representing clients in M&A transactions. She has represented Russian and international oil and gas companies, diversified holdings, and private equity funds.
Nato graduated from the law school of the Moscow State University in 2007 and received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law in 2010.
Nato is fond of sports, movies and music.
Edwin Tham is a Senior Counsel at Danilov & Konradi. Before joining the firm, Edwin was the managing partner of the Moscow office of a leading international law firm, and also led its corporate practice.
He is qualified as an English solicitor, Singapore advocate and solicitor, and New York attorney. He received his law degree from the University of Nottingham and was called to the English bar (Middle Temple).
Edwin has advised extensively on M&A and finance transactions in oil and gas, oilfield services, mining, banking and insurance, TMT, retail and private equity sectors. Best Lawyers ranking consistently recognizes Edwin as one of the best corporate/M&A and energy lawyers in Russia.
Irina Mashlenko is a Senior Counsel with the firm’s Moscow office. Before joining Danilov & Konradi she worked in the Moscow office of Allen & Overy from 1996 to 2013.
Irina has 25+ years of experience advising clients on various aspects of Russian law, including banking and finance, corporate governance, capital markets, currency control, and bankruptcy. Best Lawyers ranking consistently recognizes Irina as one of the best lawyers in Russia.
Irina is registered with the New York State Bar Association as a foreign lawyer. Irina received her degree from the law school of the Moscow State University in 1982 and a Postgraduate Diploma in 1988 from USSR Academy of Sciences – Institute of State and Law.
Alexander Mineev is a Senior Counsel with the firm’s Moscow office and works in its Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Alexander has over 20 years of dispute resolution experience in the Russian courts and in international arbitration. Alexander represents clients in commercial, corporate, administrative, insolvency and IP disputes.
Alexander is an advocate and has been a member of the Moscow Region Bar since 2002. He graduated from the law school of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) in 1997.
Peter Khokhlov is a Counsel in the firm’s Moscow office. Peter focuses on M&A, ICO and blockchain legal advisory, and corporate/commercial transactions. Peter’s prior experience includes working for a major international law firm, an investment company and a “Big Four” advisory practice.
Peter received a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2004 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008. Peter is a member of New York bar.
When Peter has free time, he enjoys learning to box, drawing and woodworking.
Natalia Samsonova is an Associate in the firm’s Moscow office. She focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters and M&A. Before joining Danilov & Konradi Natalia worked at K&L Gates.
Natalia received her bachelor’s degree in 2012 and her master’s degree in 2014 each from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
Natalia spent one academic year in the United States in Madison, Ohio in 2006-2007 with FLEX scholarship program.
When not in her office, you may find Natalia exploring Moscow with friends or working out in a dance studio.
Denis Zolotov is an Associate in the firm’s Moscow office. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution, commercial litigation, enforcement of foreign court decisions and bankruptcy. In addition, his expertise includes commercial/contract law, and corporate law.
Before joining Danilov & Konradi Denis worked at Pepeliaev Group in their dispute resolution and mediation practice. Denis received his degree from the law school of the Moscow State University in 2015.
In his free time, Denis enjoys travelling, listening to music and reading books.
Alexandra Idrisova is an Associate in the firm’s Moscow office. She focuses on general commercial and corporate matters, as well as international arbitration.
Alexandra received a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) in 2016.

Diana Koval is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Moscow office. She focuses on dispute resolution, general commercial and corporate matters, as well as international arbitration.

Ekaterina graduated from the College for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1996 and received her degree at Moscow State Industrial University in 2005.
